This cottage has been designed and built to match the Visit Scotland's wheelchair-assisted standards whilst at the same time providing the same levels of quality and comfort to be found in all Balmashies cottages.  The cottage level throughout has wider door openings, turning circles in the living area, bedrooms and kitchen.  There is a hard access path to the cottage's private patio at the front.  A shower seat and toilet aid can be provided if required.  The unit has a large open-planned kitchen, living and dining room, two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and the shower room.
